RESTORATION CHURCH COVID-19 UPDATE
COVID-19 UPDATE - AUGUST 2020
To Our Restoration Church Family and Visitors,
After much prayer and preparation, we are planning to resume Sunday Morning in-person services this Sunday, August 16 at 10 a.m.
We have continued to monitor the guidelines and best practices set forth by the CDC and the state of Arizona. This will require us to work together as a church family. We know that being in the public right now carries risks. We are taking steps to address these health and safety concerns. In order to regather in-person, we are counting on your help and cooperation. Here is how you can help:
Our hope is that with health and safety precautions in place we can be reasonably safe even in these instances.
Here is how our gatherings will look:
We love you all very much! If you need any prayer or help during this time, please contact us immediately. You can contact us at info@restorationwinslow.com and/or by phone at 928-514-4593.

- If you do not feel well, have symptoms (cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, fever, body aches, chills, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), have been exposed to a known case of Covid-19 or someone with flu-like symptoms of any kind in the last 14 days, then please stay home and join us online.
- Social/Physical Distance: Follow the CDC's social-distancing recommendations. As much as possible, stay 6 feet apart from those who are not from your household.
- Greeting one another will look different. We will not shake hands, high-five each other, or hug.
- Please congregate and fellowship outside before/after the gathering
- If you are high-risk individual based on age or health condition, you might consider joining us online for the first few weeks as we begin to regather on the campus. We leave this decision up to you.
- We ask all who attend to wear a mask or face covering while on the premises. If you have your own, please bring it. However, we will have masks available if needed.
- We ask that children stay with their parents and that small children be accompanied to the bathroom.
- Please continue to follow the CDC recommended guidelines.
Our hope is that with health and safety precautions in place we can be reasonably safe even in these instances.
Here is how our gatherings will look:
- Staff/Volunteers will be wearing masks (except while on stage).
- Our gatherings will be set up that will allow for social/physical distancing, enhanced sanitation efforts, and a more touch-less experience.
- We have asked all ushers and greeters to not shake hands or give hugs.
- Seating efforts with Social Distancing in mind.
- Hand-sanitizing stations will be available in the foyer. We ask all who attend to sanitize their hands as they enter and exit.
- We encourage you to bring your own drink if necessary since we will not be providing any during this time.
- Rather than passing offering baskets in service, there will be a drop box in the back of the church labeled "Tithes & Offerings" or you can give online through our website.
- We are taking extra care to disinfect common surfaces.
- Windows and doors will be opened during services and fans will be on to allow for adequate ventilation.
- We will have seating in the sanctuary, the foyer area and outside under canopies.
- We will continue to have service available streaming online.
We love you all very much! If you need any prayer or help during this time, please contact us immediately. You can contact us at info@restorationwinslow.com and/or by phone at 928-514-4593.

MESSAGE FROM YOUR PASTOR - MARCH 2020
It is truly a blessing to be your pastor! I am honored to pray and walk with you all as we journey together each day. I want you to know that Restoration Church is continuing to pray and uplift you all in our prayers daily. We are doing our best to navigate how to move forward with the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This has had a tremendous impact on the world and our nation. The good news is that all of this is not a surprise to God. We know that we are able to put our faith and trust in God. Today, we pray for the peace of Christ to bring us calm in the midst of this storm. We encourage you not to live in a spirit of fear but to allow God's peace to lead and direct us every day. He is available for us to lean on believing in full faith that He is in control and above all! As it states in 2 Timothy 1:7 "For God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound-mind." We have no reason to fear during this time of uncertainty because we know the One who holds the world in His hands. Let us be a people of love and a sound-mind as we navigate how to walk this out by the power of the Holy Spirit.
It is also important that we are good stewards and allow God to guide us in how we move forward as a church. We want to make wise decisions to care for you and our community. We are carefully monitoring suggestions by our state officials, the CDC and the General church leadership. In light of this, we have decided to NOT have any onsite services, bible studies and or life groups. We will be streaming our services online and be gathering with our bible studies/life groups via a video conferencing app called "Zoom".
It is important that we stay connected as a church family. We will continue to keep you posted as we receive any new information. Let us be a good example of God's love to everyone around us! Let us continue to pray for our leaders who are making decisions. Pray for those whose lives are being affected by illness and are being impacted in any way. Pray for the end of the spread of this coronavirus. We love you all very much! If you need prayer or help at any time please contact us at info@restorationwinslow.com

WE ARE STILL HAVING CHURCH..JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT
We will broadcast our Sunday sermon online at 10am. We encourage you to gather with your family in your homes to watch the services, encourage one another and lift each other up in prayer. Please stay tuned on how you can view and worship with us.
WE WILL STILL HAVE BIBLE STUDY/LIFE GROUPS
We will not forsake that gathering of believers. In order to be connected to others, and have a place to share needs, prayers and praises, we are utilizing a video conference app called "Zoom" which allows large groups of people to digitally connect face to face. We encourage everyone to stay connected to a Restoration Life Group/Bible Study. Your group leaders will be in contact with you on how to get connected.
